Admission process begins in the first week of February for the academic year beginning in September every year. Prior to the admission process parents need to fill up the Student Online Enquiry Form which is available online.
The intake process follows various stages depending on the age/Key stage of the pupil.

Early Years – Foundation Stage – age 4
- FS 2: Four years completed by 31-12-2019 (for the year 2019-20)

All Foundation Stage children are admitted based on an interview with the child, subject to the availability of places. Our highly trained and qualified teacher’s will do the Interview with the child only. Children who apply for Reception (FS2) are assessed informally. Parents has to be familiar with the guidelines while coming for the informal assessment.

Primary Years
- Key Stage 1 – Year 1 & Year 2 – aged 5 to 6
- Key Stage 2 – Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 – aged 7 to 10

Children who apply for Year 1 are assessed informally. Parents have to be familiar with the guidelines when coming for the informal assessment. In cases where the child has attended school before, reports and samples of work are essential for the application and selection process. All applicants for Years 2 to 6 of the Primary School and Years 7 to 10 of the Secondary School are formally assessed.

- Key Stage 3 – Years 7, 8 and 9
- Key Stage 4 – Years 10 and 11
- Key Stage 5 – Years 12 and 13

Applicants for ‘AS” and “A level “courses are accepted based on the results they have achieved at IGCSE/GCSE or ‘AS” level. Applicants with “AS” levels applying for “A” level courses may only do so if they are transferring credits from the same Examination Board. Applicants who do not have IGCSE/GCSE qualifications will take formal entrance tests.
